No more searching through webpages to find that one very important link! As a courtesy for our alumni and current students we have provided a list of general resources for you to use - available with just one click.


Transcript Request: Use the Alumni / Former Student link on the UTMB Office of Enrollment Services page to access the National Student Clearinghouse online portal.

Diploma Replacement:  Download the form from the UTMB Office of Enrollment Services to order a replacement diploma.

Campus Store: Now you can order an array of books online, including movies and music at a discount price. UTMB merchandise such as caps, shirts and gift items are available in the campus store.

Enrollment ServicesPotential students should check here to begin the application process, review your status and check the receipt of required documents. 

Library Services: Access to free database and online journals.  While licensing agreements with publishers limit off-campus access to electronic sources, alumni are welcome use the Moody Medical Library's print and electronic resources on site at the Galveston campus,

Alumni Field House: For over 40 years the UTMB Alumni Field House has been a place for students, alumni, employees, retirees, and their families to unwind, get in shape, and have fun. 

Nurses Lounge:  A professional network that keeps nurses connected to the information and people important in their careers.

UTMB Living, Communities and Schools:  An introduction to the living options available to those joining the UTMB family. This site includes useful information about housing, education and the unique qualities of the individual cities served by UTMB. 

Student Organization Funding Request Form and Guidelines:   UTMB student organizations that wish to receive full consideration for funding from the various UTMB Alumni Association's must complete this funding request form.

UTMB Career Opportunities: We offer a complete benefits package to our full-time employees and partial benefits to our part-time employees, state retirement options, and access to the numerous resources of one of Texas’ oldest universities.

LinkedIn Job Search Resource:   Research and pursue job opportunities nation-wide using this free LinkedIn tool.

LinkedIn Salary:  Free LinkedIn tool that provides detailed breakdowns of salary by job title and location.

ZipRecruiter:  Free career resource where you can upload your resume or provide details about your experience which will then shared with employers who are looking for your skill set.
